Litigation Management Solutions, L.L.C. (herein after LMS) creates and manages secure, private, web-based collaborative networks for its membership. Content information contributed by and for LMS’ subscribers is confidential. LMS does not disclose any confidential information to anyone other than its members. All LMS members have unique and confidential passwords to gain access to the site. The LMS Membership Code of Conduct governs each party’s specific obligations regarding confidentiality and security. LMS does not sell, distribute, share or rent personally identifiable information except as identified in its User Agreement or as may be required by law. LMS collects personally identifiable and corporate information when provided in an application for membership to the Long-Term Care Risk Legal Forum. Applicant information is considered confidential and is not shared with any third party unless as required in the application review process, specifically requested by the applicant or as may be required by law. LMS websites may contain links to other websites. LMS is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites. LMS makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, suitability or any other aspect of such websites. LMS collaborative networks (i.e. The Long-Term Care Risk Legal Forum) is design to allow the individual members to share diverse content including but not limited to documents, links, comments, articles, discussion threads, videos and photos. Because this is a collaborative environment users should not have an absolute expectation of privacy and should carefully consider what content they share. All members will be personally responsible for following the applicable state and federal copyright laws and generally for the content they share. If any Long-Term Care Risk Legal Forum member has reason to believe that there has been an invasion of or violation of another members privacy they should contact LMS immediately.
